Dear Beautiful Souls,
Life has a way of shaking us to our core, forcing us to confront the stories we’ve been telling ourselves. These stories are usually rooted in limiting beliefs. For me, that moment came during one of the hardest chapters of my life. That moment became the catalyst for my spiritual awakening and the start of my journey toward self-love.
A few years later, Reiki became my anchor. My relationship with spirituality deepened, and I found profound healing through Reiki. My connection to my higher self and spirit guides grew stronger, leading to my true purpose. Helping others navigate their spiritual awakenings and healing journeys. After going through a spiritual awakening, you start to question everything you thought you knew about life. It’s like realizing the world isn’t what you were taught it was—kind of like finding out the rules of a game you’ve been playing were wrong all along.
A huge part of this is seeing that so much of what we believe about ourselves and the world isn’t actually true. It’s like peeling back layers of old stories we’ve been told—by society, our parents, or even friends—to finally see who we really are underneath it all. It’s about getting back to the real you, the one that was there before everyone else started telling you who you should be.
My hope is that you’ll feel inspired to take the next step on your own healing journey, knowing that even the toughest moments can lead to profound transformation, especially when we release the limiting beliefs that no longer serve us.
My Journey to Spiritual Healing
Looking back at my life, I see a series of moments that felt like endings but were actually beginnings. A past relationship I endured left me broken. Still, it also forced me to confront the deep-seated limiting beliefs I had about myself. Some of those beliefs were like “I’m not worthy of love” or “I don’t deserve to be happy.” In that darkness, I first felt the pull toward something greater, something beyond the pain I was experiencing.
Then came a health battle. At the time, it felt like the universe was asking, “How much can you handle?” But now, I see it as a gift. During my treatment, my connection with Reiki deepened and grew stronger, becoming my lifeline. Through Reiki, I learned to connect with my higher self and spirit guides. I began to see my challenges not as punishments but as opportunities for growth—especially in releasing the limiting beliefs that had held me back for so long.
What Are Limiting Beliefs?
Limiting beliefs really are. These are the subconscious stories we tell ourselves about who we are, what we’re capable of, and what we deserve. They often stem from childhood experiences, societal conditioning, or past traumas, and they can feel so real that we mistake them for truth.
